To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OpenClaw and its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OpenClaw operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
